Project enquiries

Frequently asked questions

You can start with a drawing or physical sample. We will work through the details with you.

What do I need to get started?

A drawing or physical sample is enough to start a project review. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email to discuss your part and how to share it. We can confirm the technical details together as the project develops. You can use either a personal or business email address.

Which materials do you extrude?

Our main business is custom PVC extrusion in our own workshop. Requests for PE, ABS and PP are reviewed against the application and project requirements. Share a drawing or sample and describe how the part will be used so we can review the material requirements with you.

Can you provide secondary processing and custom packaging?

We offer cutting to specified lengths, punching, engraving, welding subject to project review, and custom packaging. Welding feasibility depends on the material and part design. The processing and packaging details are agreed for each project.

Do you also supply injection-moulded parts?

Injection moulding is arranged through partner factories. Send your drawing or sample so the requirements can be reviewed. Our in-house manufacturing focuses on plastic extrusion and secondary processing.

What happens after I send a drawing or sample?

The main steps are: drawing or sample → review and confirmation → tooling → sampling → sample approval → mass production → secondary processing if required → packaging → shipping. Quotation and order details are agreed before tooling. If a sample needs changes, the adjustments are reviewed and a revised sample is submitted for approval before mass production.

How are order quantity, pricing and delivery agreed?

Order quantity, pricing, delivery schedule and payment terms are confirmed for each project in the quotation. Share your expected quantity and preferred delivery date if you know them.

Which files can I send through the enquiry form?

The form accepts up to 3 PDF, JPG or PNG files, each up to 3 MB. For CAD files, other formats or larger drawings, contact us on WhatsApp or by email to agree a suitable way to share them. You can also discuss how to send a physical sample.

Will my uploaded drawings be publicly accessible?

Files attached through the enquiry form are stored outside the public website directory. Downloads are restricted to authorised website administrators; the files are not published as public download links.

Do your certificates cover every product and material?

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate covers the stated management-system scope for production and sales of PVC/PE/PP extruded strips. The RoHS document applies to its listed models and must be read with the referenced test report. See the Quality page for the document scope and tell us any requirements for your specific order.
