Getting started

A few useful
starting points.

Can you work from a sample if I do not have a drawing?

Yes. A physical sample can be the starting point. We will review its suitability for tooling and production, then confirm the necessary details with you. Contact us to arrange delivery of the sample.

Can you cut profiles to different lengths?

Yes. We can cut profiles to the lengths agreed for your project. Include the requested lengths and any critical requirements in your enquiry.

Can I request punching, engraving or welding?

Yes. These can be discussed as secondary operations. We review the material, geometry and requirements before confirming a suitable process, particularly for welding.

Do I approve samples before production?

Our typical new-tooling process includes sampling and sample approval before mass production. The specific approval requirements are agreed for your project.

Can you supply materials other than PVC?

PVC is our main extrusion material. Requests for PE, ABS and PP are reviewed for each project. Share your drawing or sample, intended use and material requirements so we can confirm an appropriate production approach.

How are tooling costs and order quantities agreed?

Tooling, sample costs and the order quantity are confirmed after reviewing your profile and production requirements. Share your expected batch size and repeat-order plans so these can be included in the quotation.

When can production and delivery be confirmed?

Timing is agreed after reviewing the drawing or sample, tooling needs, sample approval, order quantity and any processing or packaging. Tell us your target date when you enquire; a delivery date is confirmed for the agreed project.
